Gum trees can produce some of the most gorgeous and inspiring flowers that lift the senses - so bright and colourful. Just what we need in a time of stress and anxiety, a little spark of hope.

I’m currently finding myself distracted by the urge to continue to paint these beautiful blossoms rather than addressing some pressing deadlines, but it is a good form of procrastination.
